Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and final products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Develop and implement testing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of analyses.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure proper functioning and calibration.
- Provide technical support to the production team to optimize processes and troubleshoot any chemical-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and environmental performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of test results, procedures, and safety records.
- Stay updated with industry advancements and best practices to contribute to the innovation and growth of the business.
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in the Copper Business industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
