Picmychip founded in 2024, Primary focus on R&D consumables supply & services and we are also a retailer of semiconductors, electronic components and measuring equipment for industry leading manufacturer brands. Picmychip has headquarters Bangalore. Our distribution Center is equipped with proper management systems that enable us to process the orders 24/7 and deliver nearly perfect pick and ship operations.

We also do software consulting, Development Services.

We do IOT Product development.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Services Assistant at Picmychip in Bengaluru. The Office Services Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations.

Experience: 0-2 years

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Local Purchase from vendors
  • Packaging & Courier Tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in an office assistant role is a plus
