The
Office Sales Coordinator and
Customer Relationship Manager will have the following job responsibilities as listed below:
- Handle initial sales query and scheduling meetings
- Follow up with clients of on-going project
- Vendor Management and Supply Chain Set-up
- Taking quotations from vendors before finalizing
- Manage internal and external communication and coordination
- Drafting of Letter, ToRs, JDs etc.
- Manage Leaves, Bills, Invoices etc.
- Recruitment of Staff and conducting proper induction
- Any other administrative task that might come up when required.
