We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager with a background in marketing to oversee daily operations and support the marketing initiatives of our office. This unique role combines administrative duties with marketing support, making it ideal for a candidate who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a creative flair for marketing. You will ensure smooth office operations while also assisting in marketing campaigns, social media management, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, ensuring equipment functionality, and keeping the workspace organized.
Manage administrative tasks such as calling to clients, make sales call, calls convert into business, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing executive calendars.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office infrastructure, including IT support and supplies.
Oversee office budgets, expenses, and ensure cost-efficient use of resources.
Support HR in on boarding new employees, handling employee engagement activities, and managing office communications.
Organize and execute office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and content posting.
Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
Track and analyze marketing data (e.g., campaign performance, social media engagement) to help optimize strategies.
Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Maintain relationships with external marketing vendors, designers, and agencies.
Qualifications:
Master/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role with marketing responsibilities.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with a good eye for design and branding.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing tools.
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans that align with business goals.
Experience with marketing budget management and resource allocation.
Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
Strong copywriting and editing skills, both for internal and external communications.
