We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. At LED Flex we continue to lead the way in terms of performance, efficiency and ecological friendly exterior and interior lighting products.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to spearhead the formation of our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various departments to enhance overall productivity. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Office Management
- Coordinating workplace safety programs
Recruitment and Staffing- Onboarding and Orientation
HR Compliance - any compliance requirements of the government related to licensing, company policies and labour laws
- Focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge according to their job roles
Assists the Directors in coming up with strategies to enhance department workflows, systems and performance- Coordinates with the Technical and Product departments for the training requirements
Manage Employee Relations
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures
Payroll and Benefits Administration- Managing the HR and office department budget
Identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Preparing reports on HR and office metrics
Record Keeping and Reporting
- Qualifications and Skills:
4+ years experience of office administration and organisational management- 4+ years experience of recruitment and HR Management
4 + years experience in managing office budgets
- Experience in facilitating business set up and recruitment processes in India
Familiarity with the government compliance policies and labour laws- Experience in dealing with government & private entities all company & employment related requirements
English Fluency is a must
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
Proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Meticulous in handling administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software/tools.- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle stress effectively.
Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Understanding and respect for cultural differences, particularly in a diverse workplace setting in India.
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in office management or HR practices are a plus.

Salary dependent on experience, negotiable
- Desirable working hours (Mon - Fri, 08:00am - 5:00pm) with one hour lunch break
