What will be your responsibilities:
- Understand the Facilities Management scope of the site, develop the company's specific processes and procedures, and ensure implementation and compliance of the same.
- Experience in leading a project from conception to completion. Also, had managed minor projects/modifications of projects like modification of cafeteria & Electrical distribution system critical projects, etc. as per the business requirements.
- Good in handling Engineering & Maintenance services of Electrical panels, LT equipment, Utilities, PS, HVAC, Fire Safety, Electronic security systems, CCTV Surveillance
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management.
- Good knowledge of emergency response management, working with all levels of staff organizing training programs, and managing the safety of the site including facing safety audits.
- Coordination with the ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 8+ years experience in office administration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead large teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
