A Day in the Life of Office IT Expert
We are seeking an experienced Office IT Expert with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing assets, vendors, and service support, while providing exceptional remote user support. They should be flexible, capable of working with foreign customers, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies.
So, how are we going to keep you busy
Manage and support IT assets, vendors, and service providers. Provide remote user support, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Install and troubleshoot Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems. Install and troubleshoot Office 365 Suite applications and manage patching. Install, troubleshoot, and patch Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019 with L3 knowledge. Manage Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 users, groups, and devices with L3 expertise.
Perform hardware upgrades, such as RAM and HDD replacements, and handle HDD removal for scrapping. Responding over Tickets
What will make you eligible for this role
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience, That Will Be An Advantage
3-5 years of experience in an IT support role

Excellent communication skills, especially with foreign customers. Ability to work flexible hours. Proficient in remote user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. In-depth knowledge of Windows 7, 10, and 11 installations, Office 365 Suite, and patch management. knowledge of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2019 installation, troubleshooting, and patching. Expertise in Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Microsoft 365 user, group, and device management. Basic networking skills, including LAN patching and WAN troubleshooting. Manage ODBC, Citrix, VPN, Crowd strike, and Symantec WSS daily activities
