Proven experience in an HR or administrative role. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS).Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Description:
As an HR & Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR and administrative processes. You will be responsible for managing various HR functions and providing administrative support to different departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless integration process for new hires. Manage employee documentation, including contracts, policies, and other HR-related paperwork. Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Maintain accurate employee records and databases. Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and performance reviews.
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Coordinate office activities and events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for employees. Provide general administrative support to different departments as needed.
