Role Description / Job Duties

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for an Office Executive / IT Professional at Cliff Climbers.

To handle online sales made on our portal, and other online portals. Manage inventory for online portals and create weekly/daily reports. Communicate with clients over email / Phone. The day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring smooth office operations, managing office communications, supporting IT infrastructure, and assisting in various office-related functions.

Experience:

Knowledge of latest designing software's like Photoshop, Corel Draw, and other designing tools like Dreamweaver will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in office administration tasks such as documentation, communication, and organization
• Knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and providing IT assistance to colleagues
• Experience in using office software, email systems, and basic knowledge of computer networks
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
