1. Coordination and Communication:
- Manage and distribute call sheets, schedules, etc.
- Coordinate with faculty members from their initial shortlisting through to the interview process.
- Assist in onboarding new faculty members, ensuring they have all necessary resources and information.
2. Resource Management:
- Oversee the procurement and distribution of study materials, makeup kits, costumes, and other essential items for students and faculty.
- Maintain inventory of all study materials and kits, ensuring they are up-to-date and in good condition.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and negotiate contracts.
3. Event Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of Fashion TV events, ensuring all talent and resources are appropriately coordinated.
- Provide on-site support during events, managing talent logistics and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure all participants adhere to schedules and timelines.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, schedules, and resources.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on talent coordination and resource management.
- Assist with budget management for talent-related expenses.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate
- Must have great communication skills
- Must be smart and have a pleasant personality
- Previous Experience in Fashion Industry is a plus.
