Job Description

Himadi Solutons Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Office Co - ordinator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional environment
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate recipients
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and ensure that they are maintained and in good working condition
  • Coordinate with building management and service vendors to ensure a clean, safe, and functional office environment
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, set-up, and preparation of materials and resources
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as new hire onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
