- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate recipients
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, and ensure that they are maintained and in good working condition
- Coordinate with building management and service vendors to ensure a clean, safe, and functional office environment
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, set-up, and preparation of materials and resources
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as new hire onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and expense reporting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the office
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
