We are looking for a dynamic Office Co-Ordinator for CryoCorp O2 LLP office.- CryoCorp O2 LLP is an Engineering export firm dealing in spares and machinery for Oxygen, Nitrogen & Acetylene Plants with clients in most Indian states and 22 countries.
Person needs to be a Graduate in any discipline. We prefer Science, Commerce, Arts, or Management, with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or working with MD (Managing Director) level.

Person needs to have excellent communication and follow-up skills, as the most important requirement. Proficiency in Hindi and, and English is required.- Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Workspaces like Google Sheet and Google Doc.
Pleasing personality, should be a team person as person will need to interact with entire team.
- Personality type needs to be extrovert, yet warm and friendly.
Working knowledge of Tally will be desirable, but optional.
Work Experience: Should have a
minimum 1 year of experience assisting senior leadership roles like Directors/CEOs/Partners of a company. Person with experience in office coordination is also good, one who has steady experience in administration and coordination.
Efficiently manage the executive's schedule, and
arrange meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring no conflicts and that the executive's time is optimized.- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Manage and reconcile the executive's expenses, ensuring accurate records and adherence to company policies.
- Ensuring the executive's calendar is up-to-date and accurate, with minimal scheduling errors or conflicts.
Measuring the assistant's ability to provide well-prepared meeting materials, agendas, and relevant information in advance.- If the executive requires frequent travel, KPIs can include the efficient arrangement of travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
The ability to effectively manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize tasks is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive's office.
- Efficiently managing time and resources to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is important for maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
The capability to identify issues, propose solutions, and handle unforeseen challenges effectively is crucial for providing proactive support to executives and managers.- Upholding a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and discussions is crucial for maintaining the trust and confidence of the executive.
Maintaining a professional demeanor, both in personal conduct and communication, is crucial for representing the executive and the organization in a positive light.
