Office Maintenance:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises.

- Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, toiletries, and refreshments.
Errand Running:
- Assist in running office errands such as banking tasks, delivering documents, or purchasing office supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.
Assist staff members with basic administrative tasks as required.- Provide support during meetings or events by setting up equipment, arranging seating, and serving refreshments.
Facilities Management:- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed within the office premises.
Coordinate with external service providers for office repairs or maintenance works.Assistance to Visitors:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist visitors with inquiries and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
Assistance to Management:
- Provide support to management or senior staff members as needed.
Assist in scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, or preparing documents.

- Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.- Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
