Work Schedule: Monday Friday; 8:30am -5:30pm for 2-6 weeks in October/November 2024
Language Requirements: English and Hindi (professional/business)
Task Description:
This is an onsite position for a freelance receptionist to assist in our data collection project
Tasks:
Welcome participants to the data collection study, check participants ID and make sure they have signed appropriate documentation before introducing them to the moderators
Contact and schedule participants for the study and follow-up with them to confirm attendance. This will be via email and phone calls using online tools and protocols provided by DataForce on the scheduler's own laptop.
Check the inventory has been updated daily
Receive and send project-related shipments
Need access to own laptop and headset
Requirements
Good English and Hindi communication skills
Experience of scheduling participants using common online tools
Access to laptop
Schedulers must be availability for the whole duration of project (2-6 weeks since beginning of project depending on the location)
Working hours 8:30 am 5:30 pm.
