Scheduling meeting and coordinate with Department Head & the management.- Performing basic admin duties including printing,
sending emails and coordinating. Assisting and coordinating with the other departments for daily work.Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary.
- Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research.Should have Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and written both).Good knowledge of advanced excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)Flexibility and the capacity to prioritize new tasksCandidate must have pleasant personality.Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
