The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Administrative Support:- Perform general administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Manage and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic.- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Reception Duties:- Greet and assist visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Scheduling and Coordination:- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers and employees.
Prepare meeting rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available.Office Supplies Management:
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Order and restock supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Communication:
- Draft, format, and distribute communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for office activities, including employee records, invoices, and other administrative documents.Support to Departments:
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization as required.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on pending tasks.
Event Assistance:
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Pay: 14,- 00 - 16,500.00 per month
