Job Description

Our company is looking for an office assistant to be responsible for handling packaging and handling shipments, right from packaging to maintaining records of in and out of the shipments, clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.

  • Key Responsibilities:
Taking charge of AtoZ of packaging the devices, its accessories, handling large couriers.
  • Pack, weigh and label completed items for shipment or storage
Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging to ensure items arrive at their destination
  • Identify and dispose of defective items before they are shipped to customers
Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc
  • Picking and dropping materials if required
Managing filing system.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Experience as a virtual assistant.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
  • Basic knowledge of excel and word.
  • Qualifications:
High school diploma or associate's degree.
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
Experience in packaging and delivery
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Having a valid driver's license, having a bike or activa is a plus point.
Basic shop skills, such as using hand tools
