Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Aviacons. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth administrative operations and managing essential tasks that support both our students and the overall function of the academy.
Responsibilities
Student Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
  • Track and manage student attendance.
  • Provide assistance to students and address their queries.
  • Facilitate communication with students and parents regarding schedules, examinations, and other academy updates.
Account Administration:
  • Handle basic accounting tasks including processing invoices and receipts.
  • Assist in managing financial records and reporting.
  • Monitor and reconcile office expenses.
  • Coordinating with the finance department for preparation of financial statements.
Office Management:
  • Ensure the availability and proper management of office supplies and essentials.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
Sales/ Customer Service:
  • Attend to visitors, including students, parents, and other guests, providing necessary information and assistance.
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Assist in sales activities such as making calls and following up on leads.
General Support:
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Handle any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
Education Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Not mandatory)
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in administration or accounting is advantageous.
Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Telugu is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Working Conditions
  • Location: Hyderabad, India.
  • Full-time position.
  • Standard office hours, with occasional requirements for extended hours based on the needs of the academy.
