Office timings: 8:30 AM TO 5 30 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday

- Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Verifying, Recording & Making of Sales Orders(SO) on receipt of Purchaser orders from Customers
- Sending External Sales Orders as Acknowledgement to Customers with Standard Delivery Date
- Checking of Sales Orders with Available Qty with Front Office Team, if Avaialble Plan to Bill based on Payment Terms
- Sending Proforma Invoices
- If Material is not available raising the Purchase Orders(Specific PO + Stocking)
- Follow up for Pending OA through Telephone & Email
- Follow up with Suppliers for material status through Telephonic & Email
- Answering Incoming Calls if required.
- Inventory Management.
