Roles and Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors to the office professionally and kindly.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine the inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying supplies receipts.
- OrgOrganized schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations.- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational solid time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize Organizational tasks and work independently.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
