Responsibilities
- Maintaining a Clean Office: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors in common areas, break rooms, and restrooms.
- Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen area.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly.
- Administrative Tasks:Photocopy, scan, fax, and distribute documents as directed.
- Assist with basic filing and organization of physical or digital documents (depending on the office).
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms (arranging furniture, refreshments, and audio-visual equipment if needed).
- Errands and Deliveries:Run errands as instructed, such as picking up deliveries, making bank deposits, or dropping off documents.
- Deliver messages and documents within the office.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. .
- Strong work ethic with a reliable and dependable attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and visitors.
- Physically able to perform light duties like lifting, bending, and carrying supplies.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
