Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in finance and accounting, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position based in our office in India.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day financial operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist in financial reporting and analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 0-1 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks is a plus
