Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in finance and accounting, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position based in our office in India.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day financial operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Assist in financial reporting and analysis
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks is a plus
