Roles and Responsibilities
- Performing various administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls
- Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring they are adequately stocked
- Maintaining office cleanliness and organization, including managing and scheduling cleaning services
- Assisting in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
- Managing and updating company databases and files
- Preparing and editing documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assisting in the onboarding process of new employees and providing general HR support
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and deliveries
