We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team at a bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and should be able to handle administrative tasks effectively. The candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and should have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the bank
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the bank
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
  • Process and record loan applications, deposits, and withdrawals
  • Ensure that the reception area and conference rooms are clean and tidy
  • Assist in organizing events and meetings
  • Provide support to other departments as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
