Description
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team at a bank. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in a similar role and should be able to handle administrative tasks effectively. The candidate should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks and should have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the bank
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the bank
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- Process and record loan applications, deposits, and withdrawals
- Ensure that the reception area and conference rooms are clean and tidy
- Assist in organizing events and meetings
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
