About the Job
We are looking for a Sales and Office Coordinator who will manage our office operations while driving sales for our product, Housezy. This role involves handling administrative tasks, making sales through cold calling, and assisting walk-in customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling and market research.
- Present and sell Housezy packages to potential customers.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information to walk-in customers.
Office Coordination Duties:
- Manage daily schedules and appointments.
- Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Assist various teams within the organization, including HR, finance, and marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (any field)
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in telephonic sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, proficiency in Hindi and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team
- Should be staying nearby Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
