We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, facilitate communication, and ensure a productive work environment. You will play a key role in supporting our developers and project managers, helping to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow for development teams.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations for projects and meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) for easy access to project materials.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Facilitate team-building activities and company events to enhance team cohesion.
- Implement and improve office policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with IT staff to ensure proper functioning of office equipment and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and terminology.
