Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our dynamic software development team. In this role, you will manage daily office operations, facilitate communication, and ensure a productive work environment. You will play a key role in supporting our developers and project managers, helping to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow for development teams.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations for projects and meetings.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) for easy access to project materials.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and company events to enhance team cohesion.
  • Implement and improve office policies and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with IT staff to ensure proper functioning of office equipment and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and terminology.
