Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including providing assistance to staff, managing office equipment, maintaining communication channels, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience in office administration
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint

- Secretarial works
- Office Management (Pantry requirements, expense, hygiene checks, pantry staff management, stationary, organising events / parties)
- Employee Management (Attendance, salary, conveyance and expense management)
- Documentation of Projects, coordination with photographers, videographers and social media teams
- Travel and hotel research and bookings
- Vendor record keeping
- Maintaining internal payment records and cash vouchers
