Job Description: Office Administrator- Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to manage office operations and coordinate various administrative tasks, including CIBIL coordination.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.- Coordinate CIBIL-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.- Maintain and organize office files and documents.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
