Job Description: Office Administrator
  • Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to manage office operations and coordinate various administrative tasks, including CIBIL coordination.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Coordinate CIBIL-related tasks and maintain accurate records.
Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
  • Maintain and organize office files and documents.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Support HR with onboarding and administrative tasks.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 20,
  • 00 - 25,000.00 per month
