Job Description:
- Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and maintain filing systems.
Provide administrative support to departments and senior management, including scheduling, communications, and travel arrangements.- Manage the reception area, greet visitors, and handle mail and deliveries.
Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with building management and vendors to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained office environment.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in updating office procedures.- Support basic bookkeeping, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and managing petty cash.
