Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator with 0-6 years of experience to join
our dynamic team. The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of
our office, providing administrative support across the organization, and contributing to a productive
work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
-Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
-Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Office Management:
-Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
-Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
-Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
-Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Customer Service:
-Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and employees.
-Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
-Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
