Job Description

Role: Office Administrator

Responsibilities

External vendorpartner coordination and support.

Invoice management. Follow up on receivables with the customers.

Update internal databases (e.g., record attendance, expenses, etc.)

Assist the payroll department by providing relevant employee details.

Maintaining candidate records, managing h.r documents (e.g. employment records and on-boarding guides) and updating internal databases. Answer hr queries.

Self-screen the resumes of the engineers and architects to understand the profile before interview.

Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports (daily attendance calculation, punch calculation, attendance log, etc.)

Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Manage payroll, bookkeeping procedures and banking related coordination.

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Trackstocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Assist colleagues whenever necessary in office administration.

Maintain software and application license renews , other contracts, insurances etc

Coordinate with external audit committee and prepare timely documents and records.

Prepare documents for tender application and others timely and independently.

Good Interpersonal communication, problem solving skills & good ethical behaviour.

Fluency in local language kannada is added advantage.

Writing official letters in eloquent in kannada and English language.

Skills & Qualifications

Any degree or experience in relevant field or diploma/degree in commerce

Proficient computer knowledge.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

Must be self-motivated and disciplined to work with limited supervision.

Good verbal and written communication Kannada, English

Prioritization and problem-solving.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
