Job Summary: The DBS Administrator will be responsible for managing client inquiries, assisting designers, and providing comprehensive client support throughout the project lifecycle. This role also includes maintaining the CRM, preparing project contracts, addressing disciplinary issues in the director's absence, tracking employee attendance, and coordinating office-related tasks with the director.
Client Enquiry Management:- Attend to client inquiries both online and offline.
Provide initial information and guidance to clients regarding services.Client Assistance:
Assist designers during the client selection process.
- Provide continuous support to clients until project confirmation.
CRM Management:
- Handle the CRM system, ensuring all client interactions and project updates are accurately recorded and maintained.
Contract Preparation:- Prepare and manage project contracts for both clients and contractors.
Disciplinary Management:
- Report and resolve disciplinary issues in the office in the absence of the director.
Employee Attendance Monitoring:- Keep track of employee attendance and punctuality.
Office Coordination:
- Coordinate any office-related work with the director to ensure smooth operations.
Proven experience in a similar administrative role.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and office management systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the absence of the director.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the design or construction industry.- Familiarity with contract preparation and management.
