Job Description

Provide general administrative support including answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Oversee office cleanliness and organization, including managing office vendors and service providers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date office records, files, and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
  • Support HR functions such as benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations.
Assist in planning and coordinating office events, meetings, and projects.
  • Track project progress and provide status updates as required.
Serve as a liaison between staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and resolve office-related issues.
