Job Overview

We are hiring an Office Administrator to join our team at CONFAIR in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position suitable for individuals with less than 1 year of experience. If you are a skilled multi-tasker with excellent communication and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support various office operations, such as supply management and facility maintenance
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support in organizing company events and meetings
  • Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a productive and positive office environment
