Role and responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the Founder, consultants and other team members.
- Management of Client and consultant contracts and vendors.
- Being responsible for all compliance-related tasks.
- Support the Founder to build a thriving office culture.
- Search for and pursue bids, coordinate with the team and partners to prepare and submit proposals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proactively champion with the integration of technology, taking the lead in strategizing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance and optimize our operational processes.
- Experience in proposal writing and business development is a non-negotiable
Qualifications and core competencies:
- 7-8 years prior experience in a similar role. Knowledge of office operations and management processes, candidates with experience in the development sector will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent grasp of office management software like and MS Office.
- Effective abilities in managing video conferencing tools; strong IT orientation and skills.
- Ability to manage compliance-related documents for partners, consultants and other vendors.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ability to plan and ensure smooth coordination of all workshops and events.
- Effective abilities to supervise the office staff, focusing on IT, inventory and office space maintenance
