Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate office activities and operations
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence- Maintain organized filing systems
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Support HR and record-keeping
Housekeeping Management- Liaise with vendors and service providers
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
