Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, support staff, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate office activities and operations
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Support HR and record-keeping
Housekeeping Management
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Requirements:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
