Position: Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:-
Excellent Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Front Office Management: Manage the front desk operations including welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

Student Handling: Provide assistance to students regarding course information, enrollment procedures, and academic inquiries.

Fees Collection: Handle fees collection efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Batch Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events to ensure smooth operations and optimal utilization of resources.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
