Job Description

Position: Office Administrator

Location:Infopark, Kakkanad

Company: QukGrow

Key Responsibilities:

- Excellent Communication: Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

- Front Office Management: Manage the front desk operations including welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and maintaining a tidy reception area.

- Student Handling: Provide assistance to students regarding course information, enrollment procedures, and academic inquiries.

- Fees Collection: Handle fees collection efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

- Batch Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule classes, workshops, and events to ensure smooth operations and optimal utilization of resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic computer skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 8,
  • 00 - 10,000.00 per month
