Managing domestic travel of people to Bangalore office by working with vendors on service apartment booking.
Working with food vendors with food bills, employee feedback, fortnightly validation of data and payouts.
Coordinate with Wework on bigger meeting room bookings, parking inputs for all new joiners, validation of monthly data on expense management.
Handling issues of access cards to wework office for new and adhoc visits.
Support with Wework related admin tasks by coordinating with the wework team.
Responding and resolving and providing support on transactional level issues of employees. ( Ex. HR Letters required , payroll clarification, insurance clarifications and support, timely resolution of their queries by working with stakeholders on IT asset part, login issues and challenges. )
Helping gather the payroll information by following up with employees and sharing with vendors for timely updates.
Fortnightly addition and deletion report sharing with insurance vendors.
HR Onboarding, document collection and distribution of swag kits to new joiners.
