The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Provide information to callers regarding company services, hours of operation, and other general inquiries.
Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment, including postage and delivery arrangements.
Coordinate calendar appointments and update schedules as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, deliveries, and other logistical needs.
Provide support for special projects, events, and initiatives as directed by management or department heads.
Relay messages accurately and ensure effective communication between departments and individuals.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
