Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Expediting purchased materials and ensuring that the correct materials arrive at the job site according to scheduled delivery through the production cycle
• Monitoring client changes and informing management of supply status

We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent time management/prioritization, and a strong customer service focus. You should be a person who thrives in a diverse environment and who is comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization, verbally and in writing. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of directly related expediting experience an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
• Federal Government contracts/subcontracts experience
• Proficiency with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2)+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelors degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or closely related fields
• Experience with Deltek (CostPoint)
• Experience with commercial and/or defense expediting highly desired
