Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo functional consultant to join our team and manage
client implementation and optimize their Odoo ERP systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Odoos modules and functionalities in various industry domains, as well as the ability to analyze business processes and suggest improvements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, project management experience
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document clients business processes, requirements, and objectives, and map them to Odoo functionalities.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for Odoo ERP implementation,including module selection, configuration, and customization.
- Develop and conduct Odoo ERP training programs for clients, tailored to their specific
- business needs and user roles.
- Collaborate with Odoo developers to design, test, and implement custom solutions and integrations as per client requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Odoo ERP, and provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of any issues.
- Keep abreast of the latest Odoo releases, updates, and features, and advise clients on how they can benefit from these changes.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal writing, and client presentations.
- Manage Odoo project implementations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation and consulting, with a strong
- understanding of core modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Project Management.
- Preferably worked in the Middle East, with a good understanding of local business practices and requirements.
- Odoo functional certification is a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in various industries.
- Familiarity with Odoo Studio and basic programming languages such as Python or XML is a plusProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel to client locations as needed.
