Job Description: Odoo Developer Develop and customize Odoo modules and workflows based on business requirements.
- Design and implement new features and functionalities in collaboration with business analysts and project managers.
Customize existing modules to enhance performance and user experience.- Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications through APIs.
Test and debug Odoo modules to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
Maintain technical documentation for all development tasks and modules.- Provide support and guidance during and after the implementation process.
Keep up-to-date with Odoo releases, updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP (version 14 and above).
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience with PostgreSQL and comfortable writing and optimizing SQL queries.- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML.
Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP).
- Ability to customize and extend Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Project Management, and Inventory.
Experience with Odoo's front-end framework (QWeb).- Understanding of ERP business processes, particularly in modules such as Accounting, Manufacturing, or HR.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Odoo's JavaScript framework (ORM).- Experience with Docker and Git for code versioning.
