Job Title: Occupational TherapistWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for helping patients recover, develop, or improve the skills needed for daily living and working. The successful candidate will assess patients needs, develop customized treatment plans, and provide therapy to individuals and groups.
- Conduct assessments of patients to determine their needs and identify areas for improvement in their daily living.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, based on their specific needs and goals.
- Provide occupational therapy and sensory integration services, including therapeutic activities, exercises, and functional training, to help patients improve their mobility, strength, coordination, and endurance.
- Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure that they are achieving their goals and making progress.
- Educate patients families about their condition and treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as psychologists, special educators, and speech language pathologists etc., to coordinate patient care and ensure that patients receive comprehensive and effective treatment.
- Document patient monthly goals /progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active license to practice occupational therapy.
- At least one year of work experience in reputed organizations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs and treatment plans.
Prior experience in occupational therapy preferred.
Salary: 35000/month 70000/month(negotiable) depending on the level of expertise and experience.
