Job Description
- Minimum 2 years of strong O9 development experince
- Understand requirement and develop functions/repots/screen in O9 and SSIS technology
- Do UT, UAT and implementation
- Understand business process, issues/inquiries raised by user and support user tikcets for the issues/inquiries
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating user's requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and providing/suggesting solutions.
- Conducting meetings with users to understand the issues and support with investigation and findings
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with users, development team, support team, project/support lead/manager
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Providing user training to business users and business process training to junior staff, and technical team.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business support needs and requirements.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
- Good if have exposure as a BA for SCM applications, especially planning.
- Someone who looks at the bigger picture
- Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment and under pressure
- Should have experience of gathering and documenting high quality business requirements (functional & non-functional) after receiving KT from users
- Strong team player, able to share information effectively with stake holders
- Ability to be flexible in approach and to manage changing priorities
- Understand system data structures, data flows and have an understanding of IT landscapes, API development, system design principles and can influence the direction of systems development
- Experience in SQL or similar kind of Languages.
- Should have experience of BAU support using ticketing tool like Jira, Remedy on Demand
