Job Description:
Manage and support SharePoint platform / applications / features Develop and implement custom solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.
Provide training to end-users and administrators for Microsoft 365 services.
- Will have knowledge and experience supporting and developing IT services with a particular interest in o Developing new service models
Developing technical solutions to problems
Designing and deploying solutions
Managing cloud-based services.
- Will have experience developing or supporting at least one of the following technologies:
SharePoint Online
Microsoft Power Platform
- Provide technical administration for the SharePoint Online and Power Platform services ensuring end user access is automatable, auditable, and manageable.
- Plan and manage all technical elements of the Power Platform service including user access, licences, capacity, connectors, environment strategy, and Data-verse and DLP policies to ensure a sustainable service model is developed.
- Configure the Power Platform Center of Excellence and contribute to the ongoing governance of the service usage
- Contribute to the creation of a Power Platform community developer programme, contributing best practice advice and working with the IS Digital Capabilities Lead to create a sustainable user training model.
- Able and confident in scripting or automation, for example with PowerShell
- Will have professional IT certification (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft 365) - working knowledge of using identity services including: Azure Active Directory (AAD and AADC)
Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) A, I - Knowledge and experience of App development with at least one of the following technologies
Power Automate
Power BI
Power Apps
