Client Assessments:
Evaluate clients dietary habits, health history, and fitness goals to create personalized nutrition plans.Meal Planning:
Develop meal plans that align with clients fitness objectives, whether it's muscle gain, weight loss, or improving overall health.Nutritional Counseling: Educate clients on nutrition basics, food choices, and how to read nutrition labels.
