Description
We are seeking a skilled nursing staff with 0-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, and assisting physicians during procedures.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients vital signs and report any changes to the physician
- Assist physicians during medical procedures
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Assist with patient rehabilitation and discharge planning
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license
- 0-5 years of experience in nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
