We are seeking an experienced Nursing Staff to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience working in a hospital or clinical setting in India. As a Nursing Staff, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, managing patient records, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient health and wellbeing
• Administering medication and treatment
• Monitoring patient vital signs and symptoms
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Documenting patient health history and progress
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Valid nursing license in India
• 2-7 years of experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
