Overview
The Nursing Staff plays a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services, ensuring patient safety, and enhancing the overall patient experience. This position involves working closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients at all times.
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical histories.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and instruments for procedures.
- Follow all safety and health regulations, ensuring a clean work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (e.g., RN or LPN) in the respective state.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous clinical experience preferred in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
