We are seeking an experienced Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in Nursing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the development of the department's curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars to undergraduate and graduate students in the field of nursing.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Conduct research in the field of nursing and disseminate findings through publications and presentations.
• Participate in the development and revision of the department's curriculum.
• Supervise and mentor students in their research projects and clinical placements.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and healthcare professionals to enhance the quality of nursing education and practice.
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees as required.
• Contribute to the academic and professional development of the department through service and outreach activities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-15 years of experience in teaching and research in the field of nursing.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in India.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective lectures and seminars.
• Proven track record of research and publication in the field of nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and academic excellence.
